Housing hopes rise on Sloane Street land sale
A residential development site in Stawell’s south has been sold to a regional builder, in a move Northern Grampians Shire Council hopes will help address one of the town’s biggest barriers to growth: the shortage of available housing.

Northern Grampians Shire Council has sold eight hectares of residential land in Sloane Street, Stawell, to regional builder E2E Growth Consultants in a move aimed at helping ease the town’s housing shortage.
