Stawell baker keeps Easter tradition alive

THREE thousand six hundred hot cross buns. 3,600 sounds like a lot but it is roughly how many buns Stawell baker Chris Anderson will produce in the two weeks leading to Easter. Unlike the supermarkets which tend to sell Hot Cross Buns most of the year round, Chris N Di’s Bakery has a rule where they only do the buns for a fortnight before Easter.
